Merry Christmas Eve

Merry Christmas Eve!

My mom and me

Mike and I continued our tradition of running with my mom on Christmas Eve.  Last year we did a 5K, and this year we did 4.1 miles.  I'm now only 5.8 miles away from 1,000 running miles for the year!

We ran near the Ocean Drive, we didn't quite get to it, and we were also near the MDI Marathon course.  It had a nice mix of flat, uphill and downhill.

Now we are going to enjoy the rest of the day with my family.

We're running ninjas!

What are you doing today? Do you have a running tradition?

  3. Merry Christmas Eve! I ran for 45 minutes this morning; it's nice to get the engine roaring before sitting down to a Christmas Eve feast. :)

  8. Last year I did a virtual 5K on Christmas day afternoon. If the weather cooperates (no ice) and so does my sore ankle, I'd like to do it again. Then it could start being a tradition.
