Mike and I went to support some of the #trailsroc crew at the 50K after our 5K race. We knew that Eric, Ron and Ben were running the race and wanted to support them! It was amazing to see them out there and even though it proved to be extremely tough, they were still an inspiration to both of us!

Then yesterday Mike and I hit up the indoor track for a track party, sorry Mike that's what it is!
Last 200 meters of the workout!
We did a pyramid workout that consisted of 200m, 400m, 600m, 800m, 600m, 400m, 200m. We also did a 1 mile warm-up and a 1 mile cool-down for a total of 4 miles.
I actually enjoyed it and I felt pretty speedy at times!
