The temperature change and the start of a new academic quarter is starting to leave me feeling blah. There's no other way to describe it! I'm still going strong on Tall Mom's challenge, which was made so much easier after finding out that walking counts! I am not really the type of person who should run everyday based on being injured twice (although related) in seven months.
I have also been doing well on my personal Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred Challenge, yesterday I completed day four. It is definitely getting easier and I may only do five days on level one, we'll see.
With all of that said, today I have about zero motivation. I already texted Mike saying that I am 50/50 about going to indoor cycling and like the good husband that he is he guilt-tripped me into going. I guess I will keep him.
Even still I need some more motivation and thought that you all might need some too!
